As part of the role, responsibility includes to manage the compensation plans management, business partnering, Bonus payout processing for sales reps, regular forecasting and providing support to top management with valuable insights, Performance reporting.

Financial support to business through compensation plan management, planning, expense forecasting and reporting; to facilitate decision making and future business strategies.

Responsibilities

Detailed Description:

As a member of Oracle's finance organization, you will be responsible for providing all aspects of financial support for planning and control.

Assist in forecasting preparation. Gather, model, analyze, prepare, and summarize information, operating forecasts, trended future specifications, etc.; on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis. Prepares recommendations based on analyzes.

May perform expense analysis, headcount and headcount driven expense analysis at cost center level, tracking of expenses at cost center level, reconciliation, variance analysis and ad-hoc analysis as needed.
