Description

We are offering a contract with potential to full time employment opportunity for a meticulous and highly organized Accounts Receivable Clerk, located in Baytown, Texas. The chosen candidate will be expected to work on-site, processing customer credit applications, maintaining customer credit records, and resolving customer credit inquiries at a fast-paced environment. If you have experience in the Construction, Industrial, or Environmental Industry with 3rd party portal experience, you are highly encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities:

• Processing daily customer invoices and applicable reports accurately and in a timely manner

• Routing of customer invoices through email or portal systems

• Maintaining a daily log quantifying the number of invoices prepped

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets to organize and manage data

• Monitoring customer credit accounts and taking appropriate action to collect delinquent payments

• Ensuring customer credit records are up to date and accurate

• Handling customer inquiries related to credit applications and accounts

• Collaborating with the onboarding team for smooth customer transitions

• Adapting to a fast-paced work environment and managing a high volume of invoices

• Demonstrating proficiency in Adobe Flex and EO/IR systems for optimal performance

Requirements • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Familiarity with Adobe Flex and EO/IR systems

• Ability to create and manage customer invoices

• Knowledge of onboarding processes

• Experience with invoicing software

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work well in a team and independently

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

• Proven problem-solving abilities.
