Job Overview:

This position will be responsible for supporting the T&OD function needs.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Working on eLearning platforms campaigns for employee engagement

  • Streamlining and efficiency of Document Storage

  • Review and improve design of function intranet SharePoint

  • Participate in creating structure of Onboarding program

  • Assist with coordination of training and development programs by Handling logistics, Record keeping, Updates and reminders, Refresh of Workshop and program management.

  • Maintain talent and organizational development calendar of events and schedule accordingly

  • Schedule meetings with key stakeholders for talent and organizational development activities

  • Coordinate status reports related to Talent & Organizational development initiatives

  • Help with different T&OD requests and needs

  • Capacity to work well under pressure and in sometimes stressful situations

  • Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality

Essential Qualifications and Education:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant HR Administrative experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Ability to communicate HR information to non-HR personnel

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to learn and support new systems and applications

  • Proficient in Excel - Works under supervision and guidance of a team lead/supervisor

  • Solves problems using standard procedures

  • Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently

  • Prioritizes and organizes work to meet deadlines based on supervisory guidance

  • Works well with others as a team player to achieve team goals

  • Accountable for individual results and impact on team

  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism
