Summary

Reports to: Assistant Director of Security and Information Technology (Digital Infrastructure)

Supervises: N/A

As the Development Services Coordinator, you will cover a wide variety of responsibilities for the Development Services and Strategic Solutions (DS3) department of the Office of University Development (OUD). You will be responsible for many aspects of onboarding and systems access for new employees in OUD. You will also manage many key responsibilities, including the DS3 Customer Support phone line, inventory management, coordination with Information Technology Services (ITS), and more.

Responsibilities include: 25% On and Offboarding Processing; 20% Equipment Purchasing and Management; 20% AV consulting and monitoring; 15% OUD IT Support Program; 10% Performance Support Program (PSP); and 10% Administrative Tasks. This is primarily an onsite position.

Required Qualifications*

  • 3-4 years of experience providing technical customer service or a related bachelor's degree

  • Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace

  • Willingness to expand technical knowledge, both personal and team wide

  • Demonstrated technical aptitude, technical curiosity and ability to present creative technical solutions that save customers time and effort

  • Willingness to challenge status quo and learn new things

  • Experience with Google Apps and Microsoft suite
